It is hard to imagine the challenges of people who have been displaced from some of the world’s most brutal conflicts, to live in Uganda which is one of the poorest nations and is hosting over one million refugees, while living with a challenging disability such as cerebral palsy, autism and learning disabilities are extremely facing enormous challenges.
